What you mean mate? I don't understand well...But if you mean that you can not disable speedometer and screensaver definitely somewhere you're wrong.
For disable speedometer go to settings/settings on the map down down you will see Speedometer ..Do it off.
For disable screensaver go to settings/Map Settings/Screen Saver and do the Automatic Screen Saver off.

Y.G Also look in your sd/iGO/ux folder and remove there (if you have) the ux files about the speedometer and screensaver.
