Starting from you lang file you have to translate and add in Dictionary.lang strings : [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
The red lines you have to remove it, it's show only from what files are the strings.
For example, HERE (Navteq) comes from \common\ui\customized.ui :
Fisier (.ui) : \common\ui\customized=""
HERE (Navteq)="HERE (Navteq)"
