I like to know if is possible to add in skin feature to correct speed limit on the road?

By "correct speed limit" do you mean if the map has it wrong for a street and the user can give a correct value? If so, having a way to do this for IGO would be excellent. The new HERE-NA2013.Q[23] has a wrong street speed limit where I live, it's supposed to be 40mph but it said 10mph and I know why. There is an alley facing the street and it has 10mph sign in alley (very near street), HERE mapper must of captured it and entered it in their database. Quite annoying driving by there.
