Yes, we change the default icons using speedcam_mod.zip + speedcam.zip from the pongo skin version. And there is another way to use cartoon icons, usually speedcam_mod_AF.zip is required for such icons of any encoding and mod AF speedcam.zip for the date and version of the pongo skin.
