App installs and runs as expected, with the content from post #2, except it doesn't work with the maps I have either because of licenses mismatch or it's unsupported by Luna builds from what I've heard. Or I should consider all arm64 9.35.xx builds as unpatched and only works with original licenses?

Seems to work well in A16 with x64 support.
Navigation works, weather is shown, traffic is also shown but with no incidents. I do have a problem with the keyboard that I'm trying to fix. It seems to ignore every keyboard layout in both data.zip and language file. Maybe it reads the keyboards from inside the .apk. VR also doesn't work but that is true for all versions that I've tried. Used to work on Luna months ago but not any more.
