I have the same problem with lineage 16, I have tried several versions of IGO all fail after a reboot.
Sygic, Navitel and Navigon all work fine.
I have found igo luna with the pongo skin works fine on lineage 15 and 16, It should work on 17 but I have no means to try it.

On Lineage 17.1 (update 15.11.2020) Luna works fine with me.
