    It is only APK
    A main folder is also required, data.zip, ux folder...all except maps/pois/buildings (content)...
    If completed, a new topic can be opened

    Edit:
    Just tested. This is incomplete apk. Use some software, like ApkExctractor to get it full.

    Hello...

    it is a full apk like from GP contain everything...
    but no information can be taken... after re-signing, it is working....

    as you can see has no clasic icon and package name.
    also installation can not be done either on a clean device...

    I modify it, and install it..

    And unfortunately, we don't have any error message for...
