New version of old good Avic

iGO AVICSYNC 9.18.28.696728 - 10.apr.2017

All content work with appropriate licenses.
The application can be installed in the folder name iGO or iGO_Avic without changes data_folder_name="iGO_Avic" in sys.txt
There are new languages in package.

Ideal for users who need a "dry" extremely quick and easy navigation, no unnecessary addons, truck files, etc...
