    two times i have download it but it won t open.
    i have use winrar and 7zip to extract it with no results

    Always use latest WinRar or 7-zip. Package is OK. Or download file again, with Mozilla.
    Btw, normally extracted with TTC.

    I've installed Nextgen 9.18.40.743913 - Mappy, 25 Sep. 2018. However, the keyboard is grayed out, which prevents me from switching to the
    country of choice. (usa).
    My question to you! - which license do i need to resolve the described issue?

    @Boki_Srb:
    How did you make this working within CE-Emulator? I only get tons of crashes. I stripped to one lang-file, one voice, no tts, latest global_cfg, one car, one map (Andorra), no poi/dem/...
    I Tried 4 different WinCE6-bin-images, 256MB, but nothing works.
    Did you deactivate uxs?
