    He has some other problem. I guess it is up to language. Probably using Primo lang or some older.
    Just tested in emulator, even with 240dpi, letters are OK with default English and with my native (Serbian)

    I tried this version but got error msg "global_cfg missing", and indeed its not found in arhive

    Medion E4450: I commented out everything under raw_display and it starts (added global_cfg.zip and map with license). Now it crashes after selecting language and starting the configuration assistant ("please wait...")
