Thank you. I fixed the issue and wanted to share that here so if somebody faces the same problem they can fix too.

1. First of all i changed from data_folder_name="iGO_Basar" to data_folder_name="iGO_NextGen. But it did not work.
2. Then i changed the folder name to "iGO_NextGen". This time i worked but gave another error.It was "Global_cfg not found".
3. So when i checked sys.txt again, i saw that there was a like like content="/storage/emulated/0/iGO_Israel/content"
4. I changed that line to content="/storage/emulated/0/iGO_NextGen/content". So that lines are like

content="/storage/emulated/0/iGO_NextGen/content"
data_folder_name="iGO_NextGen"


And now it seems working for me. Thanks for all help.
