On devices upgrading to Android 14, any apps with a targetSdkVersion lower than 23 will remain installed.
If you need to test an app targeting an older API level, use the following ADB command:
adb install --bypass-low-target-sdk-block FILENAME.apk
Thanks to this reference on developer.android.com, an installation on a Samsung S23 Ultra was possible via adb and also runs under Android 14.

Hello, if it's not a problem for you to send that igo without maps so I can try it too, I have the same Android 14 on a Samsung Galaxy A33 and I've tried a couple of them and they don't work, if you have the will to upload yours and send the link, greetings and thanks in advance.
