Hi! Where can i find a ux folder for this iGO World (9.18.27.736653 - 19.jun.2018) version?

I have a iGO PAL version in my car, but it doesn't show letters with diacritics (ščćž), and I can't even change the maps from TT to Here and regional settings. I tried without Pongo skin, but it doesn't help.
