Is there any software for using TMC over RDS in iGO Motrex for Android ? e.g. the Samsung S4 Mini has an RDS capable tuner! There was a software for WM6 which had full GNS TMC protocol support some time ago, but i don't find any software for Android

It has nothing to do with external software, you are a mess. It's one thing to have to add a driver/layer for external hardware to get the signal, and it's another software capability itself. Btw, our friends, Frontzosd & Bixo worked on developing a proper ux that worked on both WinCE and Android. But, again, it has nothing with software itself.
No online service works because apk itself does not support them. As already mentioned. Read topic from beginning.
The same goes for Tracks4Africa...

Are You sure You are right ? In post #67 wienio ist writing : Only TMC not working, it need RDS, not http.

If this is right, it must be possible to emulate the Royaltek mode on Android phones with RDS FM tuner so that IGO thinks there is an TMC RDS Adapter!
