It is well-known problem, common with Samsung devices
"Samsung Smart Manager" software delete content of iGO. Google for it, also a lot of discussed on this (and others) forum.

That was new to me!
I did Google - and did some (a lot) fiddling around with my old Samsung - and gave up!
Then, Went back to old trusted Israel from early 2017 - this did the job for month - and is still working!
