Do you need Chinese language or do you mean select the Chinese language in Nextgen? I do not understand your question.
If you mean where to put the "Lang_Chinese-simp.zip" file that arslankayna uploaded for you:
Drop the "Lang_Chinese-simp.zip" in Content/ lang
After that startup iGO Nextgen and select language Chinese. That's it.

Hi Kajoe,
I means that I need the new input method for Chinese .
now I have put the chinese language into the directory content/lang, but there is no chinese input method in nextgen.
and I can't input chinese during finding a new route.
