I don't know if it is allowed here or not, but I have just tried a few combinations with
the famous patcher appLucky Patcher and
resulted in a fully working apk without license check at app start. Tested on S7Edge.
Only Israel map is downloadable in the app.
Password is the year in numbers we are in now.

With both your apk and initial apk, installation was successful but when launching app, error message says:
"Unfortunately, Israel has stopped". OK button . nothing happens (app closes).
My tablet is GT-N5110 (samsung Galaxy tablet 8inch 1280x800)

I removed previous Israel and other installed apk-s AND folders like iGO_Israel or iGO to avoid problems.
Try to copy obb files into the appropriate folders AND then install the "cracked" apk.
Or maybe: 1. copy obbs 2. install original apk 3. try to launch app 4. install "cracked" apk over the original app.
I tried to use other maps copied into obb global or mg but nothing happens.
I also tried to make a "content folder" on sdcard like iGO_Gift or iGO to let it scan from there, but no result unfortunately.
It really requires the new file formats.
I attached the obb files in the appropriate directory structure and also apks.
