I have the microphone icon and when I press it I get the prompt to say an address. But it doesn't do anything after that. Tried with vocalizerex, vocalizerex2 and loquendo TTS but it doesn't make a difference. I have the proper files in vr and vr_vde. With version 9.18.27.693527 it worked (well the "GO" command didn't work but everything else did).
