On highway mode , ( navigation zoomed out )i only see gas station poi and can't see any speedcam icon on the map. Only get voice warning and the warning on left side with Meter and speed of radar.
On normal zoom like normal streets the icon of the radar appears normally.
What I should add to sys.txt to see the speedcam icon on highway too like the gas station? Only need this two, don't want any more poi.

I don't think you can if you do automatic overview. Its too zoomed out and only shows POIs that you select. Speedcam isn't a poi unless you import them as KML files. So maybe the only way would be have both KML files and speedcam txt at the same time.

Thank you Modemakias for your effort.
In previous version iGO Navigation 9.18.27.693527 - 14.mar.2017.v.2, I had no problem at all.
Temporar I found a solution, I made new directory named ../users/00/ in ../save/profiles/01/.
Something strange for me.

Sorry to say but did you read what it says permission denied so at permissions given? Or is the name of the map correct

which version android do you have ??
update...
if you try with apk from #2...the data folder is absolutely "iGO_World"... put iGO_World in the "root" of extSD and delete save folder if exist...
don't forget to find the name of the your extSD and add it to sys... in the path "linked_root_list" ... that's is important...
take a look #23 clear cache memory and try....

modemakias, miochacha, and other
I installed the version from the first post of iGO_9.18.27.705829_no.make.sys.apk. IGO base folder I copied them from the root external SD card. I installed and everything is working normally. I've tested, and on the other device again and everything is working normally.
If the application is working great and the external SD card, what are the versions of the modemakias and miochacha?

modemakias Mixsotije apps works to internal and external SD card. Works on rooted and norooted devices and on all and. versions
