Tracks4Africa Navigator is designed to work without an internet connection and makes use of the Tracks4Africa map data, trusted by thousands of overland travellers in Africa

Maps and other NNG files, ALL, work with their own licenses.
The application can be installed in the folder name iGO or iGO_Africa
without changes data_folder_name="iGO_Africa" in sys.txt

In wersion october 2016 - not worked.

I have the version of the forum before crash posted at [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

I can confirm that my version works well with buildings and driver alerts in France and Germany. I do not use TMC and traffic for this reason I can not answer if it works or not

While running navigation I get the message:
"Missing or incomplate folder:
/storage/external_SD/iGO/license.zip:/storage/external_SD/iGO/license.zip: open faild: EACCES (Permission denied)"

Quick check for the license.zip file - it doesn't exist.

For true I only need current South Africa map files to use is on WinCE Igo Primo.

You're not born yesterday at the forum.
At each thread for NG there is discuss where and how to install package.
ONLY FROM INTERNAL MEMORY, folder goes in root. Put it there. Maps can be located anywhere by changing couple of lines in sys. Read.
Also, you don't need this exact package for African maps, you can use any you want (Gift, Basar, Avic...World...) with proper licences.

For WinCE Primo device, you can download any map you want. With licence. Maps in Map forum section.

Sorry, I just don't use Igo on Android but I'm familiar with WinCE version.

HI guys I am very new to this forum I work in Botswana alot so the tracks for Africa would most def help me. But I cannot get it to work anyone have a link for me on how to setup a new SD from scratch and then use this app?
