If you read first post and some posts through out this thread, you will find out that you have to use nuance_ve1 TTS engine for Basarsoft. If you're already using VocalizerEx for Avic, it won't work with Basarsoft.

Avic and Basarsoft work without any problems, also side by side, with VocalizerEx.
