At link in OP for 7-zip site, pointed directly to download page. Choose between version x86/x64
Anyway, you can download short package from [Only registered and activated users can see links. ], and find maps you need in [Only registered and activated users can see links. ].
In original package is content for Benelux, Germany & France, so it is more sense for you to use only basic with desired maps.

Thanks once again, just for the information i tried with 17.01 beta same error, but as you suggested i ve downloaded the short package as I need maps for middle east only,
Just wanted to inform you and seek you expertise, I am using hyundai santa fe navigation system which win ce based, it came with igo primo with middleast license
My query is, I wanted to upgrade to igo nextgen as it is better than igo primo, hence i need that software with middleast license and maps.
secondly map for igo primo will it work same in nextgen?
