TMC via FM required FM receiver and TMC decoder. Few WinCE unit (DIN) that are TMC capable have both built-in. I do not know of any that are "TMC ready" where you just need to buy cable and plugged into unit via jack (not same as GPS external antenna jack). Some Nav units (such as TomTom and Garmin) are "TMC ready" will have external jack that with purchased of additional cable+dongle (proprietary) will provide FM receiving capability. Such units has internal TMC decoder that take FM signal and decode the TMC data to give to proggy for displaying.
