    Dear Friend Lee - I do not think you understood my post;
    What you write that first tried -2 - are setting the same as the default dpi = auto !!!
    If you want to zoom more - use the settings:

    [rawdisplay]
    dpi = 640
    base_dpi = 160
    or
    [rawdisplay]
    dpi = 640
    base_dpi = 120
    or
    dpi=480
    base_dpi=160

    PS.
    What kind of device you have? and which version of Avic installed?

    I have Samsung Galaxy S6 phone and installed igo avic 9.18.28.624772 (Jan 14 2016)
    Skin default iCarNav by arimi

    I just used

    [rawdisplay]
    dpi=640
    base_dpi=240

    What it did was just increase the whole of the screen and made everything big. It didn't enable me to zoom in with the + to make the roads closer!

    I remember in igo Primo I had some zoom settings in the settings menu. I could change the angle of tilt and change the zoom.
