can you tell us which specifically Becker Licence do you use for TMC..? I tried with Becker_Traffic_Assist_Europe_(TMC,_DEM,_DATA-priv,_3DL,_3DC,_HSP,_FTR,_MAP,_Obz,_POI,_FDA,_Prilog,_FPA,_PH) but after that I got a message:

Usually out of memory is caused when you are using .lic license files. You have to delete them and use only .lyc with nextgen or avic
