That may not work... the gpsOne is set up in the EFS nv items. It kinda just positioning data from the towers whether you like it or not. When you pull the sim you no longer try to register and can't access the IP the carrier puts in the settings.in location settings on your phone have set it up to use ONLY GPS? NOT cellular data, wifi..
