I have version NextGen 9.19.5.584533 on Zenec Z-E2015 run.
Everything functions really, only the voice output does not go.
Z-E2015 has original the version 9.6.5.430095, there functions the voice output.
Which file is different there? ( data.zip )
Or is it an entry in the NavigationReal.exe? ( coredll.dll )

NextGen 9.19.5.584533 don't need any dll file to give audio output.
If you have sound in 9.6.5.430095 then you will have sound in NextGen 9.19.5.584533.

If you are using loquendo TTS then you need loquendo dll files and engines TTS, if you are using Nuance you need ve.dll in root of igo program and engines TTS.
Check the content of software, delete folder save, add one simple voice in folder Next\content\voice\ and try again....
