I also have WayteQ x960BT + RTA-3000 TMC. NextGen scans the frequencies but doesn't get TMC lock. TMC files + licenses seems to be good (no red content for my country). But it's worth mention that I tested that only for a short time inside the house and bad FM reception could be the reason..Maybe I'll try again tomorrow on the road..
