I also have WayteQ x960BT + RTA-3000 TMC. NextGen scans the frequencies but doesn't get TMC lock. TMC files + licenses seems to be good (no red content for my country). But it's worth mention that I tested that only for a short time inside the house and bad FM reception could be the reason..Maybe I'll try again tomorrow on the road..

Good!Can you share with the package?
I have version from the opening post (9.19.2.543580) but I don't see it any of use, because it doesn't work with the latest HERE 2015.Q2 maps - license problem. For regular use I'm still using classic iGO primo 2.4..

You need to fix your ux folder. You are missing a skin. Just put some The_skin file in there and it should be fixed. Check the status of your ux folder and look for the_skin file, I guess it is not there so find some you like and it should work.
