Resolving: delete the save Folder and reboot the System with a new configuration.
I use for WinCE and Android the new pongo skin Vers.9.5 with this ux-folder from #55:

I make the igo_nextgen dir.. but .. in android is sdcard0 .. so.. how I can fix that?

Most likely a corrupt or inappropriate file in one of the folders.
Have you added or changed anything just before this message happened?
If so, remove that/those.
If not, could be a configuration setting gone wrong. Backup your Save folder, then delete it off your device, and see if you can start up (you will have to go through initial configuration just like a new install).
Worst case scenario, uninstall and reinstall.
