Yes, will download your package but there is no previous apk to uninstall ;-)

We did the same install on our Androïd phones at staff of DT_Team (France) and had no any problem to "work" iCarnav on them (S2 - S3 - Note 3 - Note 4... and else).

On these phones, we have also Primo_Androïd working, not same package than iCarnav, and all works well...

I think this particular issue due to a bad chineese model and its too exotic and not upgradable ROM 4.04. You're surely wasting time by searching any explanation.
