Yes, I confirm : without strings, Hnr aren't enabled (for Eastern and Western hnr).

Now my situation (with strings) is equal at that you can see in the JulianAssa screen......(and, I think, also for ARHD user)

EDIT: I suspect that it missing a license file, because with Igo Primo it show al hnr ready!
