iGO Primo NextGen v9.19.1.484935

hi,
so what licenses are now working? because links are dead (Sernam licenses) and from WinCE version for me license Pearl Agency didnt work.
I have installed Brown Dog Nextgen.
If someone have sernam´s pack available, pls reup.

All licences in GENA re-pack

Hello,
Thanks for the links. However, I failed installing iGO correctly.

I downloaded all the files and created the the iGO NextGen based folder. The folder structure is:
iGO_NextGen
-config
-content
-fonts
-gfx
-media_libs
-project_config
-shaders
-ui_nextgen
-ux

I added the folder license from another post.

I copied the iGO_NextGen folder to the android device (Sony Xperia Z2) and installed iGO NextGen_9.19.1.484935+sys.apk.

What did I do wrong or miss?

Dear,
I am new in IGO.
Read related thread about 2 hrs, still no ideas how to install it.

I already down 4 zip files.
IGo nextgen rootfolder.zip
Data.zip
Igo nextgen 9.19.1.484935+sys.zip

I know i shall unzip the igo_nextgen_roitfolder.zip and put it to my sd card root.
And i need to install the apk from igo_nextgen_9.19.1.484935+sys.zip.
Then i shall download my map, probably here north America 2015Q2 and put it to map folder.

My question is what the attached data.zip and ux+.zip use for and how to?

Anotger question is, -- many others talked about license, do i need it? is it included in the attached apk?

Tried installing this.
First run - I get an error for Out of memory.
Second - it seems that the software resides in /sdcard/PodCasts ?!
On my phone, /sdcard is in fact the phone's internal storage. The real SD card is mounted on /storage/ext_sd.

Any idea why it's behaving like this?

"Out of memory" issue fixed.
The simplest way to fix it is to simply go manually through your licenses folder and make sure none of the files there has a space in the name (replace with _ if needed).

This howto applies if you have a rooted phone.
1. Connect via adb shell and do "su" to get a root prompt. Make sure you click Grant if you get prompted on the phone screen to grant rights.
2. Go to your data folder via adb (in my installation it is /data/data/jp.pioneer.mbg.avicsync/license, which is a symlink to /sdcard/PodCasts/iGO_NextGen/license -- no idea why)
3. Check the licenses that you have there and remove/rename any which have spaces in their names. For example:
rm PEARL* (to remove everything starting with PEARL)
mv "Pioneer Europe.lyc" Pioneer_Europe.lyc (to rename - pay attention to the quotes).
4. Run iGO, no more OOM.

File "iGO_NextGen base folder" has disappeared from the server, can't be downloaded anymore.

What I don't understand: Why one needs to edit the sys.txt rawdisplay section? nextgen is a universal software – at least this is in the news –, which automatically detects your device parameters, like resolution etc.

You have it in the first post. Just uninstall Gena apk, rename the folder on SD card to iGO_NextGen and install Brown Dog apk.
