For Basar 64bit, skin_package @Colombo2 [Pongo_Skin modification]

Based on the Pongo Luna 64 bit skin, reworked the skin for iGO Basar. In the mod, the Luna functions that do not work with this version of the apk file are removed.
These are the settings for changing the size of the traffic light icons, cameras, POI. From the weather forecast settings, remove the change of color themes on the map. The mod is installed in the usual way, in the internal memory of the device. Before copying the iGO_Basar folder, the content folder must be added to the necessary maps. Maps for Nextgen.
The skin mod can be used and also works with iGO_World 64 bit. Need to replace data.zip for iGO_World 64 bit. In sys.txt change in [folders] iGO_Basar to iGO_World.
