I uploaded an Avic, with your UX folder, but with a different data.zip, since it doesn't work with yours.
Try it, it's [Only registered and activated users can see links. ], it works for me, I didn't find any errors! Unpack the .apk to be installed into the main directory of the phone, in the "Install" folder, and if you need a TTS voice, VocalizerEx2, Avic doesn't work with the internal one!
