You can improve the appearance. In the sys.txt file, try this entry:

[rawdisplay]
driver="gles_2_0_android"
dpi=640
;screen_xy="auto"
;base_dpi=320

Additionally, you can try changing the base_dpi. (Can only be changed to: 120, 160, 240, 320, 480, 640).

You can change the size of the car. You need to open the file:
content/car/xxx/info.ini
and in this file change the value to a larger one in the lines:
display_scale=90
map_scale=100

*(xxx=car model)

I use this map changer.
