And yes i copied it from tablet to car i think, so i will reinstall it completly and see what happenes

You don't need to reinstall/deinstall/install again. I wrote you what to do

And those are generic settings. They are not even valid for 64bit NG and systems
I mentioned the parameters and resolution in one of the initial posts of the conversation (red bolded), you should have made an effort to browse the Forum. Just to use a search. You could have googled it, you would have gotten the same result
I consider any further discussion superfluous
