Apparently my answer was correct.
The solution was:
Delete the sentence overspeed="you are too fast" in the info.ini
fom your TTS voice

Hi! i only have one issue with this skin, when closing iGO the whole app freeze, the only way to shut it down is swiping to background then force close it... Any thoughts?
otherwise no problemas at all, easily my favorite LUNA skin right now

Such a problem has nothing to do with the software even less with skin, but with the phone system (background processes, permissions ...)

strangely enough the same phone runs other skins and iGO versions with no problems at all, but who knows...

Is the setup clean? I.e. - the skin was installed, but the save folder was deleted and the cache was cleared before startup? No sys file or any ux from other versions were used?

yes, i'm adamant about doing all these things before installing a new skin
anyway gonna reinstall igo and the skin right now for good measure

so with this new sklin update a new feature is under sound settings traffic direction in the lanes by voice. it is shaded out for me. so is there more to the lang and voice file i need to add beside traffic directions by voice?

Such mechanisms usually require the use of one of the TTS engines ... and adequate voice/lang files, of course.
