I did not meet a special encoding, as well as other countries except Greece, Bulgaria, and France, these are the main encodings for iGO skin nextgen. In 2019, the weight-controlled encoding from Garigor was introduced, and it is now used by Truck in Russia as well.
There is another VB - Back encoding for the extended openspeedcam (OSC) database.
