well i did a basic test (getting the tablet outdoors and bringing it inside with no gps signal) with Titanic52 code and it didnt crash this time

i'll have to drive with it to be sure it works, but thanks anyway

btw i thought "accuracy_workaround" should be set to zero to avoid problems? thats what i always did and it used to work...
