I have igo on my car ,,
I installed from google play and i paid alos ,

And no igo folder as same explain how to installed ,,
Ihave direction look like this
/sdcard/Android /data /com. Nng. Igo. Primong. Igoword/files/…

The only way to change skin is:
In the path Android/data/com.nng.igo.primong.igoworld/
files

Is to copy the ux file(skin) , inside your "files" folder!

I suggest to put all the skins inside: rename first the ux
Files as for example ux_pongo , ux_Arimi etc , for to recognize them
And each time you want to use one rename it as ux!

IMPORTANT!!
Each time you want to uninstall your apk:
Don't forget to rename your com.nng.igo.primong.igoworld
As
For example com.nng.igo.primong.igoworld000

Because each time you uninstall your apk:
You will lost this folder!! and the skins of course!
