Can YOU add this in your plugin "Alert_o4i.zip" attachment?

BEFORE embarking on a tunnel (example 100 meters), an attached icon appears and remains visible on the NextGen tunnel background image (see example quickly made with photoshop), and when you exit the tunnel, the icon disappears.
It would also be nice to have a TTS voice message with an icon, different for when you need to turn on the headlights, and when you have to turn them off.
eg:
When the icon appears 100 meters from the tunnel, speak TTs and say "Tunnel, turn on the headlights", and when you exit the tunnel disappears icon and speaks TTS and says "You can turn off the headlights".

I also attach an icon 120 x 120px. png, but I think you have to convert .svg to fit any screen resolution.

What do you think, can you do this?
