    My Route Preference hack for NextGen9.18.27.687519-Gift(26Jan2017) that added following for Route Planning Methods
    1. Scenic
    2. MostHwy
    3. LeastHwy
    4. Twisty
    5. Dll? (don't ask, I don't know)
    Put file under ux directory. Do NOT unzip.
