If you just updated the skin, since the changes are too big compared to the old one, you should delete the save folder and configure the software from the beginning
I also recommend using the latest globalcfg file
Check the old sys file and the new one, if the part related to the TMC provider is active and they match

If you have saved markers, routes or anything you need, backup them first
