Software in internal memory? Has full storage access permission?

Random speedcam? In the same locations or anywhere? That you don't accidentally touch the screen and activate them? Some skin fields are just for that.

If you just updated the skin, since the changes are too big compared to the old one, you should delete the save folder and configure the software from the beginning
I also recommend using the latest globalcfg file
Check the old sys file and the new one, if the part related to the TMC provider is active and they match

If you have saved markers, routes or anything you need, backup them first
There's a whole thread about that, don't ask how then make an effort and browse Forum (hint - it is sticky in the appropriate section).

If you are not familiar with English, use online translator, like [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
You can also use Chrome with built-in page translator, or SlimJet (works even better).

Wasn't there a post/inquiry recently that neither traffic reports nor weather data could be accessed in many regions?
Nothing was changed in SYS.txt or the skin.
I've had this problem in Germany for a few days now.

Radar issue: IMO are *.spc files in the folder and enabled? Of course, these cannot be punched and/or edited

Of course are manny reference in forum about wheather and traffic information ,the trick its not my finding
As @rondoan says in certain regions wheather and traffic information dont work at all
