@Boki_Srb First of all, I researched the forum for ten days. Thanks for sharing. But I don't agree with your opinion. Since all conditions are the same, selecting another audio language from the regional settings will eliminate all problems. For example, when I select the English voice, there is no problem. When I select the Turkish audio language again, the problem persists.

What does this part do?
There is one more thing I want to point out regarding this problem. I do not experience such a problem with the December 2019 and October 2018 updates. The same problem occurs with all the updates I use after this date.
