@Andrey Form, i have replaced actual the_skin_by_pongo.zip with an old one and the information appear. I dont think to be related to lack of information from map files ,otherwise the information dont appear even with the old one
I have tested 3 hours,problem its: cant be replicated in simulation,at least for me
Also i mentioned "when speedcam approaching" look closely at the picture in the my spoiler post
And i have manually set speedcam,so cant be lack of information
I will contact you later regarding the SCDB datebase

Edit : solved replacing driveralert.zip speedcam.zip and the skin by pongo.zip ,all from previous version I dont know wich one of all 3 its the culprit,just im happyafter couple of days
