The Pongo skin version 12/04/2021 does not provide these sections in sys. Try deleting the speedcam.spdb and SpeedcamUpdates.spud files from speedcam, leaving only Speedcam.txt, in the skin off\on the speedcams alert function and see...

It's basic, but have you checked the alert settings, where you have the options: Disabled, Visual or Audio and Visual? This adjustment is made for each type of alert. I disable some, leave only Visual for others, and leave Audio and Visual for some.

Also speedcams alert dont work in simulation mode

I have 3 text files in the speedcam folder from SCDB (fixed, mobile and tunnel cameras), but only the speedcam.spdb file gets generated. There is no SpeedcamUpdates.spud file in the speedcam folder.
Do you think the 2 files from the [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] I mentioned in my previous post may play a role in the problem?

I have already gone through the menus. Visual and Audio alerts seem activated when I check the menus. I also have selected for alerts to be given always when I approach a camera. (There is also the option for alerts to appear when over-speeding.)
When I simulate a journey though I get neither visual nor audio warnings for speed cameras.

Is that a fact? If it is, then maybe I'm trying to solve a problem that does not exist.

Yes speedcams not working in simulation mode its a fact well known.@Andrey Form can explain better than me ,bcs im curious how make the test for new speedcams

OK. Everything else seems to work, so that is kind of unexpected. It would be practical for them to also work in simulation mode. It does not make sense why they are excluded.

Anyway, I guess I will test the speed cameras alerts on the road in that case.

And for the better in all the roads that you use, try to modify the speed ,in that way i make it almost all europe soeedcams to work for me If you need my ...SpeedcamUpdates.spud i will send you via pm

Why should I modify the speeds? What do you mean by that?
Furthermore what's the .spud file? If you tell me I'll let you know if I need it! By the way only the .spdb file gets generated by the app.

SpeedcamUpdates.spud contains all the modification that user made at speedcams And with last version of skin was a problem with announcement of speedcams Let say you pass o speedcam that are not announced,if you will modify the speed or position next time when you approach that specific camera will be announced And hapoend manny times to be on the road mobile speedcams that you can add to map,and they will be stored in :spdb file
SpeedcamUpdates.spud can be found if not in speedcam folder,will be in:privdocs/inappshop/mount/speedcam

Do not forget about Lang and Voice, to alert speedcam, you need the appropriate records, I usually write these phrases, but you can take them yourself in speedcam.zip - plugin.ini
Everything we put on the map is saved in spud - SpeedcamUpdates.spud
