In the complete pack (01-11-2019), are you sure that all the Ux (9) of 12/10/2019 are from Pongo?
For me the answer is NO!

Since some previous versions I have noticed that in the following two cases the settings are not respected:
1 - The information "Traffic Jam ..." is still spoken, although "apparently" have been disabled as images below
