    Hi mate,
    write this (delete the existing sound in your sys file first) in your sys file:

    [sound]
    alarm_volume=255
    alert_muted=0
    ;alert_volume=255
    ;announce_restricted_roads=1
    android_muting_device=0
    csv_voice_enabled=1
    dev_bits=16
    dev_buffer_size=200
    dev_channels=2
    dev_smp_rate=48000
    ding_muted=1 ; 1 deactivate, 0 turn the beep on
    effect_muted=0
    ;effect_volume=60
    guidance_distance_offset=50
    ;guidance_volume=255
    media_config=config/devices/media_android.xml
    ;master_volume=255
    ;os_volume=255
    pool_size=4096
    sound_effect_unmute_delay=100000000000
    ;sound_volume=255
    tts_volume=255
    use_method=1
    use_os_volume=1
    ;user_volume=255
    ;voice_volume=255

    success

    Default Set speed camera sounds and distances in iGO NextGen version

    Hi everyone, I'm not able to set up the speedcam sounds. I have iGO NextGen v. 9.18.27.687519 and skin by pongo v. 28 June 2019.
    Here the google drive link of my iGO_NextGen folder and APK:
    [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
    The content of the IGO folder is complete, except the contents of the building, map and poi folders for reason of space.
    My map is: Italy_HERE_2018.Q4_181205.

    I would like to calibrate the speed cameras sounds, no beep (example default approacing beep), only wav sound in the following way:
    1) first sound at 350m
    2) second sound at 250m
    3) third sound at 150m
    4) fourth sound at 50m

    I put the files of sounds of speedcam in the folder ui_nextgen/audio and also in the folder ui_nextgen/audio/SC1040.

    I tried to configure the sys file following various guides but the result is that it does not sounds as desired.

    Thanks for the help.

    It no longer change in the sys.txt but rather in the plugin.ini file of the ux speedcam.zip for iGO NextGen.
    For the configuration: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ](Thank you..... We miss you )

    Thanks for the information, but I had already tried to modify the plugin.ini in speedcam.zip, but after having modified it iGO shows "loading iGO NextGen" and does not start.
    I had already read also the explanation of Brown Dog and in my iGO Primo I was able to configure correctly the speedcam sounds as desired.
    I tried to replicate the same configuration (file sys igo Primo) without success. Then I tried to adapt the same sys based on various indications but the result is always the same.

    I can't understand how to configure iGO NextGen in the way I want it.

    Thanks for any other help or advice.

    You are doing a wrong manipulation or using Bad WinRAR

    I tried using the windows archive manager to modify the plugin.ini and now iGO starts without problems, but the result of the sounds is always the same.

    Could you kindly post, if possible, the contents of your ui_nextgen and ux folders?

    Thanks in advance

    Here the google drive link of my iGO_NextGen folder and APK:
    I downloaded everything to see what you have and saw that there is some confusion......

    First you are using the version of Israel modified by modemakias for the SD, with all the problems of Android with external SD.
    You say that using the Pongo skin of June 28, 2019, I downloaded it too, in the ux folder there are 58 zip files while in your folder there are only 31, are you really able to choose the ones you need and those you don't need?
    There are these zips that are not part of the "original" Pongo skin, ari_simulation, width_road_x1.5, world.

    Your sys file is anomalous, it is a mix between the one for Primo and the one for Nextgen, if you use the skin of Pongo why don't you use what is indicated for the Skin?

    As Lou Bouha told you, the speedcam commands are now found inside the plugin.ini file of the speedcam file, but it is not a problem, what is written in the sys prevails over everything, so even on any orders that are found in the plugin.ini.
    Most of the speedcam commands relate to the use of TTS voices, but you don't own them, you only have the basic voices.
    You have phoneme files, but they serve for TTS voices and in Android they only create problems.

    In the speedcam folder you have the txt files of POI Plaza, (antique), SCDB and the spc of TT and Here ....... how many times do you want to be notified? The coordinates of the Autovelox itself are not identical but differ slightly.
    The SpeedcamUpdates.spud file in Israel is formed in providocs / InappShop / Mount / speedcam and must remain in here.

    Can you see your POIs in kml? They don't seem to be in the right format.

    but I had already tried to modify the plugin.ini in speedcam.zip, but after having modified it iGO shows "loading iGO NextGen" and does not start.
    You must use Total Commander, free on the Play Store.

    I had already read also the explanation of Brown Dog and in my iGO Primo I was able to configure correctly the speedcam sounds as desired.
    In this case I can't help You because I use vocal warnings with the voices tts nua ve1 ..........
